How to Track Medicine Expiry Dates

Expiry tracking starts at receiving: every batch needs a lot number and an expiry date in the same system that will later sell it. Reports should warn before the date, not after the write-off.

Receive with the date, sell with FEFO

If expiry is only written on the carton, it will not appear in a 30-day risk report. Sphereventory stores expiry on lots and can allocate FEFO at POS.
